I'd like to see Lacomte, Sess and the new guys get some game time.

Nuno's teams are usually set up to counter attack.
Currently with our full backs being asked to double up as wingers that would favour WHU.

ESR apparently wanted a WHU loan - will want to impress?

I don't want to sound too negative, but I'd prefer AA to field our B team for this match.  I view Cup games at this point to be nothing more than training ground type of games, and wouldn't risk injury to any of our starters.  My feeling is the concentration should be staying in this league, and if we lose out in playing a handful of Cup games through the course of the season, I'm fine with that, so be it.....

Strongly disagree, if we lose to Liverpool and Manchester United that's five straight defeats, to also lose to a Championship Club would be the straw that broke the camels back for the ever growing lynch mob.

Point taken Block.  Still, I really don't care a wit about Cup games at this point, as I see staying in this league as the primary focus.  And I'm not writing off Liverpool and ManU games as zero sum.  Still have some hope for some defensive adjustments and fingers crossed for results in those games.

The Cup games hopefully provide the foundation on which we build.

AA is bu55ered either way

Personally I would play the 1st team and hope they learn how to play together
Remember you are braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.
I will be as good as I can be and when I cross the finishing line I will see what it got me

3-0.

You pick who is the 3 and 0 and it should be us by a country mile.

Chelshit 6 - 3 Leeds

Is everyone playing gungho suicide football this season?

Bassey the warrior

As much as I'd like a cup run, Premier League is the clear focus this season. I don't think we should rotate the whole squad but as a minimum starting Larsson and Affengruber, as they may be needed as starters soon.

Wrexham looked absolutely terrible though.
