King was (according to my dutch cousin who was at the game with me) "like a teeny tiny Bellingham". Can't argue with that at all, absolutely ran the game.

Not seen anyone mention Castagne who had a great game and should teach Robinson some crossing techniques. He seems to work so much better with Bobb than Kenny does.

It's very difficult to remember a Premier League match that both was so one-sided BUT ended up just one nil!

Huh???

Quote from: Brawn on October 17, 2026, 09:34:07 PMWe missed three clear-cut chances, and the goal we did get was a shocking piece of defending and goalkeeping from Hull. That said, we played fantastically in the first half, but on 65 minutes or so we either ran out of steam or a decision was made to shut up shop.
Huh?

Were you watching the same match as the rest of us?

leaky defensively... they didn't create one chance all game!

It's only my opinion, but after the Garcia crossbar (how did he miss!? It had an xG of 0.4!) - and now backed up by stats - we didn't have any more shots from inside the box whilst I had this horrible feeling that Hull were going to score, not least when Gelhardt went down (if it's not a penalty, surely it's simulation? There's not really an inbetween with that one).

Finishing aside, I thought we played really, really well. We also made fewer defensive mistakes as well. More of the same in the upcoming matches too, as far as I'm concerned.
