I've lived in Fulham 40 odd years and been in the Lion 5 times, horrible pub, or at least is was the last time I went in.

There's never enough staff behind the bar on match days.

I preferred it's old style. Lost it's charm in the renovation. Felt like a football pub before.

I found similar when in for Palace. I used to know maybe 1/3 of the patrons and saw no one I knew. Lot of Spanish being spoken by our new Real Fulham fan base and shared a drink with some German tourists. There was an improvement in the toilets, so was not all bad.

The Chancellors for me was my Dad and my Grandads local many years ago
