Has anyone watched "The Managers" podcasts with Mick McCarthy & Tony Pullis?

I've just found these and they are most interesting, with mainly managers from the past chatting for about an hour about their experiences.

Refreshingly, Mick & Tony let them talk with little interruptions, not only informative but more revealing than normal.

Just listened to Roy Hodgson and previously Curbushly, Pleat & Dave Bassett, all very open and more interesting than usual football podcasts.
Going to watch Chris Colman next, the list of British ex managers is almost endless.

Thanks for posting - I will definitely listen to that later. I know for certain that George Cohen advised Roy not to take the Liverpool job - he said it wasn't the right fit for him and that they would chew him up and spit him out - as proved to be the case.

I saw a snippet of the Coleman one and it was very interesting. Well worth seeing all of it.

Great to listen to this open and honest discussion -- top managers, not only Roy - who achieved so much on limited recourses compared to most managers today.

Have only listened to a bit so far, sort of thing you need to sit down and  have a good listen to.

I enjoy hearing managers and players from past eras  talk, when football was so different.

Heard some  funny tales recently.
Cloughie is a real source of hilarious stories.

Ex-Fulham keeper Mark Crossley tells of how he had to sign a blank contract while at Forest.  Cloughie asked him if he wanted a new contract, and Crossley said he'd love  one,  so Clough put a paper in front of him, and said 'sign that'.
But the paper was completely  blank, and Mark said how can I sign this it's blank', and Clough said, 'Sign it or we'll send you back to Barnsley'
and gave him  five minutes to make up his mind, so he signed.

Then a ref talking about Roy Keane. Keane lost it in a dispute with Alan Shearer, during a game, going around  kicking everyone, then he kicked a player up in the air, and the ref got out a red card.
Keane said 'Do you know who I am?'
At that moment Gary Neville's was nearby, and the ref said 'This player doesn't know who he is.'
Neville's reply 'He's an effing kn b head.'
