Petition for the removal of Felix Magath as manager of Fulham FC

I have seen little to nothing from the beginning part of this season and the end last season that leaves me with any confidence that Felix Magath is the correct manager for Fulham.
In this respect I was hoping to gain some opinion from my fellow fans as to what each and everyone of us feels in relation to the above. Shahid Khan when he completed his takeover of us stated: 'I want to be clear, I do not view myself so much as the owner of Fulham, but a custodian of the club on behalf of its fans.'
As such he has a duty and obligation to listen to our views.
Please post some sensible arguments or sign this petition and it will be forwarded on to the club. Please don't post any offensive language as it does nothing and will not be taken seriously by the club.
I will start with some of my own views as to why Felix Magath is not the right man to manage us.

1) Baffling squad selections. He has used over 20 players already this season, and if I'm correct over 40 last season. The lack of continuity does not help the gelling of the squad. Players are unable to form playing relationships, they therefore lack understanding and cannot play well with each other. Added to this the young players, whom previously had played well, are then removed from the match day squad for the next games for no apparent reason. Emerson Hyndman for example, as been a stand out player this season. He has done little wrong and from the previous 2 matches has been removed from the squad. Added to this he puts players in the wrong positions from which they have little understanding about their role within the team. Stafylidis as centre midfielder??!
2)Man management. Alienating and ostracizing players. Tunnicliffe, Burn, Kacaniklic to name a few. These players do not even want to leave the club. They are proven championship players, and of quality. Magath said he would give everyone a chance, but these 3 have got nowhere near the matchday squad, and do not look like they will. Despite this, he gives Fotherington, whom I have nothing against, a 50 minute spell vs Wolves. This player did not succeed at a league 1/2 club and has struggled to pin down a first team place at most of the clubs he has been at. Why was he picked over the other 3?
3)Rumours of in house squabbles and those players that have left have said he his 'impossible' to work with. This is to be taken with a pinch of salt but as more and more players say this it is difficult not to listen to. But how can we get a good team spirit within the squad if players find the manager difficult to work for/with.
4)Most importantly. 0 wins in 4 games. Currently 0 points in 4 games. Added to this the squad is playing bereft of confidence, and doesn't look like getting any wins anytime soon. The young players need to be nurtured and encouraged. They are still developing. They look like they are being torn apart. Felix will not inspire them. The club has fallen apart over the past 12 months and it is embarrassing. We look as though we are continuing to decline and I do not believe Felix is the man to lift us. We need a man manager our youthful team. A manager who knows the English game and is in a similar mould to Brendan Rogers. Now I know this sounds silly, we will not get someone of established quality like Brendan Rogers, but we need someone of similar nature - who will not hound his players, destroy their confidence and play baffling team selections and tactics which none of the players understand.

Anyway there are two sides to the argument. So feel free to comment on why you think he should stay if you feel that way, and vice versa. Sensible opinions please.

The only reason I can think of why he should stay is stability. That's it. We need to stop chopping and changing with managers. However, Magath is a nutter. All the points you've made a correct. He won't take us to promotion. My main concern now is relegation. And I'm being serious.

Signed.....the players, those that have departed (despite there gripes) have suggested that not is well in the dress room with felix and i don't think the players are with him either. Annoyingly Fulham are going to have to change manager again. I dont know what hes doing tactically.....still havent forgiven him for playing dan burn at left back at stoke.
Im sorry hes got to go immediately, but mckintosh or khan wont do anything and its going to be a season wasted in the bottom half of the table. Its embarrassing.
I will be absolutely amazed if he turns this around in the next 10 games....amazed!!
