I can only find one tweet on it saying he is costing us 4.5m and is having a medical now. The fact that only one person is tweeting about it makes it sound very unlikely. Hope it's true though, howeve 4.5m does sound quite high.

these little leaks generally only come from one person though. then others pick up on that. i remeber having a quick nose on tiff when a poster id never seen broke the shad khan news a week before hand. no one else had a clue or believed it

I look at it more like us buying one of the best CBs in the division and absolutely going for promotion this year, or next year when the parachute payments stop. There was no way we were gonna get a player like him, with his age and contract length, for much less than £4.5m. Got to bare in mind that transfer fees are always increasing year after year, so you can't make exact comparison with previous year's transfers.

Dunk is easily worth 4.5m in my opinion. You're never going to get one of (if not THE) the best, young, experienced, English centre back from a team playing in your division for any less than that especially with him having 3 years left on his contract at Brighton

Must be a wind up, surely. Hughton & Brighton confirmed that Dunk will not be leaving Brighton this season, this was made public on their official Twitter page, and other social media outlets. To go from this, to then having a 4.5 million bid accepted, and medical this afternoon seems a bit far fetched. Still, would love to be proved wrong.
