I see Vidic has cancelled his contract with Inter
could Jokanovic  use his Serbian connection to give him
a deal to end of season he would shore up the defence

it would, but he is off to DC united apparently, same owner as Inter MIlan

Well this time last season Kit was bringing in loan players to shore up the defence, seems Jokanovic now needs to do the same.

Vidic from Inter seems a bit ambitious though, think more of english division 1, or possibly London club fringe player not getting match time.

Brede is not playing at Crystal Palace. He is still a great player and a great person as well. Am I the only one thinking he would do a good job for us? He is living in London, so why not?

I wouldn't call Brede a great player still, he is a little slower than he was, and he still suffers with back issues.

Regarding Vidic (or any other senior player) and fair play payments, could we offer him a player coach role with 50% or more payment for the coaching role to ensure his playing wage is within the restrictions. We appear to be able to have as many coaches as we like without restriction, so another 'learning' his trade may be a loophole we could use to employ more experienced loan players

Vidic is very good at running through the back of players. Other than that, I'm not sure what he brings to any team.

You obviously haven't seen him play very often. He's someone with the concentration to stick close to whoever he is marking, is not afraid to put his body on the line when necessary, and provides the kind of "backbone" our defence currently lacks.

Hangeland back? Really? At his peak, he was slower than an asthmatic ant with heavy shopping. Now his back is as bad as Ledley Kings knees, he'll be slower than John Terry.

He has been woeful in Italy.
