KSI taking a large share position in Dagenham. Didn't have that on my bingo card for 2026.

Find him completely insufferable as a personality. Largely talentless beyond fake raging on streams to engage small kids, but hey, he's managed to ammass a huge amount of wealth and likely can buy his way to some relative success for them. I'm not sure he's wealthy enough alone to get them to the prem but certainly with some prime endorsement etc he's likely to be able to promote them multiple times if he has decent advisors around him.

Imagine West Ham fall down the league if they get relegated and he manages to pass them one day 😅

Sure the streaming of his journey online will be very popular. It's becoming more and more common these takeovers and stakeholds by popular personalities, Ryan renolds at Wrexham, Tom Brady at Brum, Snoop at Swansea (lol). Intrueged to see how all these experiments go.

I don't want to sh*t on lower league teams considering Fulham was in Division 3 in my lifetime but what are these "glory days" he speaks of? The highest league they were in was League One.

We may have had Leicester as unexpected Premier league champions and Wigan unexpectedly beating Man City in the Cup final but this guy's on drugs if he thinks he can get Dagenham & Redbridge into the  Premier League anytime

All the sidemen are insufferable and a sign of how far we've gone as a society that their mindless and rather poorly put together stuff is as big as it is..

That's nothing personal against the guys, they may mean well or be kind hearted..

But they are mindless idiots, playing a fools game and dumbing people down as a result.

There's little noteworthy to what they do in any meaningfully intellectually beneficial way

I'm fine with this. KSI has been part of digital football for a very, very, long time. Just like most influencers, he capitalized and influenced his demographics along with dipping his toes in other areas. He's actually a fairly funny individual. I've watched his facebook reels of trying to make him laugh and the reactions are pretty funny. As anything in this life, you pick and choose what you want from entertainment - and I don't get interested in the sidemen stuff or anything like that - but I can definitely give credit where it's due.
