How the hell are Arsenal top of the table??
They have been absolutely useless tonight...
They try to walk the ball into the box... everyone is scared to shoot...
Dire football... and the stadium is back to being a Library...
God help football...
They are making Burnley look half decent...

Arteta and Silva must have gone on the same coaching course.

But I do think they generally suffer from nerves and think the best way to deal with that is to be very deliberate and cautious.

And how the hell Havertz wasn't sent off is unfathomable...

It's because the quality of their squad is probably at least 2-3 times better than what we have and thus they can turn dour performances into wins or even draws.

Studs down the back of the calf... blatant... just not for Arsenal at home...
Typical Ref and VAR bias...

Arsenal 2026 are The Unwatchables, they must be the most Dull team to ever win the Prem (if they do).

Cairney Tottenham away VAR sent him off where's the Consistency.

FFC007

Tierney the ref... says it all really.

The one who only booked Foden after he raked down the Achilles of Bassey...

Snibbo

To see teams like Arsenal and Chelsea, chock full of talented expensive players, relying on bumping and barging and holding at corners to win games sums up the way the Premier League had been enshittified.

Totally agree! Thought the same with Foden foul on Bassey should of seen Red! Inconsistency again from the pool of possibly the worst refs in this league for many a year.

Was this worse than Andersen's recent behaviour?

In certain ways it's worse, in certain ways it's less bad. I think Andersen did go into the tackle more reckless, but he actually got the ball. Havertz didn't get the ball. I'd say it's pretty similar to the red Bournemouth got against us.

James Bell will be officiating at the Cottage on Sunday, I'm not sure his apparent big club bias still applies to Newcastle?
