Who are we selling

With a large number of quality new players required and having already lost Raul and Wilson we will surely need to sell to buy due to SCR and FFP.

If we want to shift the big earners, those we should be trying to offload are:

Andersen, Leno, Diop, Tete, Timmy, Robinson, maybe ESR

If we want to improve the squad, we need to replace Wilson and Raul and:

Andersen and Reed, who else?

Key players to build around are Bassey, Sess, Kevin and Iwobi.

My most important areas to improve is central midfield where we need to be much more dynamic and central striker where we are bare bones with a misfiring Muniz as the only option.

So much to consider and then action, we had better get this coach in pretty smartish and stop pissing about!

Have I missed something? Has Harry Wilson actually gone?
The world is made up of electrons, protons, neurons, possibly muons and, definitely, morons.

Nothing of any significance will happen until deadline day.

By which time, all that's left is second rate damaged goods and cheap off cuts.

It's the same every season, nothing will change going forward.

Well yes he is out of contract, so he is no longer a Fulham player, he is now a free agent.
At least I think so, unless his contract at the end of this month, someone will put me right.

I'm 99% sure his contract ends 30th June.
But really, he's not a Fulham player if he doesn't sign a contract, there's no training or games going on.......
Personally i think he'll be going to Leeds

Yes you are absolutely correct, so in theory we can still sell him.

Not until 30th June.

Who do we have any anyone else would be eager to buy (and pay top dollar for)?  King - yes (although not huge money yet).  Jedi for sure.  Iwobi.  I just don't see how we get better selling our best players.  So unless Saudi Arabia wants to bail us out, I don't think we will make large money selling players this summer.

I have a feeling more players than usual could be sold if the right offers come in due to it being a fresh start with a new manager.

We're stuck with Andersen, ESR and Leno because of their wages even if it made sense to sell any or all of them.
We might rob someone of £25m for Berge, so sell Berge and buy a Palhinha style midfielder with some attitude. Lukic is pretty good and worth keeping but we'll need a box to box midfielder who's an improvement. I like Robinson, but he had a dodgy season so if Man Utd were prepared to buy him for £18 - 20m I would sell him. Iwobi now only worth about £18m so I'd keep.
Bobb and Kevin needs a fair trial so no sale for the moment.  Not entirely convinced King is going to make the grade but, given his youth, someone might be prepared to do a Bobb and make an offer too good to refuse (we don't want to repeat the Muniz mistake of selling when the price has dropped like a stone).
Most of the rest would be car boot prices and only worth selling if we identify better players at commensurate car boot prices.

We can disagree but you need to post some analysis as to why to be taken seriously.

demeant0r

If we start integrating more of the youth players like LDF, ALB and Ali-Wahid who are all, in my opinion, ready to be backup players then perhaps we don't need to buy or sell as many players as we think we need. LDF seems like he can play in pretty much all defender positions, though he might be more suited to being a RB. Integrating ALB means we don't need to buy JKA and integrating Ali Wahid means we don't need to buy annother LW.

If we are getting Arbeloa then I'm sure he'll want to integrate some youth players seeing as he started his coaching career in RM's u21.

Deadcowboys

They are all 20/21 so should be around the first team squad already. Think JKA a better prospect than ALB though

DadCreature

We need King to take the next step (or three) forward in development and a few more wins from the youth team.   Then we can afford to make even more investments in high cost players.  FFP is a stone weighing us down.  We just can't afford to miss on high cost players, unlike the top teams.

Deeping_white

ALB didn't exactly set the world alight in league 2 getting 1 goal in 16 games, not sure why we would want him to be third choice striker? He needs a year of mens football and getting 10 mins in the first team every few months in a cup fixture won't help him develop

Don't think we should be selling (or buying) anyone until the new Head Coach is in place so they can then assess who they want to keep (or buy) to fit their system/style of play.
So frustrating we are delaying appointing our new coach
Sooner we get someone in the better so planning for next season can start.

The only question, is it us that are delaying, or the prospective candidates, ?.
Of course it must be us, can't be anybody else.
