Alvaro Arbeloa Latest....

Alvaro Arbeloa has signed a three year deal to become new Fulham manager.

César Palacios, Manuel Ángel, Thiago Petarš will be joining Arbeloa's backroom staff at Fulham. 

Real Madrid and Fulham have concluded talks and compensation paid and contracts are sorted and signed for Arbeloa and his backroom staff.

Deal is likely to be announced between now and the 1st of next month.

A few administrative details to sort and deal will be officially announced.

Arbeloa and Khan had a squad meeting and transfer plans have been laid out.

Arbeloa promised deals will be done fast and Khan has been handed a list of players wanted

He officially cant take over as manager until the 1st of  July but can outline what he wants.

"Compensation paid". Sorry but am I missing something, what is the compensation for? Unless it was the case that Arbeloa had left but his team were still in their posts so the compensation is for them joining him?

Maybe the same as mascerana going to city ?they have had to pay Chelsea some compensation station

That's could be true, if you leave by mutual consent, which I believe Arbeloa, Maresca & McKenna have, then there is something in tue contract upon where you have have to pay compensation if they find work within a set period of time
