Matchday Plus hospitality prices for 26/27 - Chelsea at the Cottage.

Out of sheer curiosity... I had a look at the Matchday Plus hospitality option for the Chelsea game at the Cottage, our opening game of the season.
The price for an adult, I just about qualify, is £210.00 pp.
It looks like the fixtures for Manchester United, Arsenal and Liverpool are the only the £319.00 pp jobs.
I wonder if the club has re-priced the Chelsea game as last year it was £300 plus? Or is this because as folks have mentioned elsewhere on this forum that a lot of Fulham fans are on hols in August, early September?

Think your on the right lines with regards to more people being on holiday around the Chelsea fixture plus it's a Monday night game so not as much premium as a Saturday or Sunday time slot.
