Ecuador had 27 shots against Curacao and failed to score. Not attaining 3 points means even a draw with a powerful Germany might not be enough.

It's a shame as Ecuador play the most South American style of all the teams in the tournament. They will be missed.

Glad my concerns for Ecuador were not in-fruition. That game sums up the wonder of the world cup!!
