Is how the Guardian described the Up series.

The series which I believe is the longest running in TV history began in 1964 following a group of children from diverse backgrounds documenting how their lives have changed every seven years over six decades.

Fantastic series with some sad and some very inspiring stories throughout.

Have watched every one from 7 Up which was the first one and now looking forward to watching 70 Up which concludes the series.

On ITV starting Tuesday 15th if anyone interested.

It has been interesting but I wonder how much the peoples lives were affected by being looked at every 10 years.

I know some dropped out along the way but it does make good television.

I thought it was a documentary about Lemonade
