ST stuck on Man U

So Sarnian and I (also an Ian😄) have our STs stuck on Man U and will have to go to the ticket office before Hull game. Has anyone else got the same problem?
Please don't tell us what to do to fix it, we've tried it and it doesn't work.

I get messages twice a day from my wallet telling me that I should view my match day passes.

Two years of no problems then successfully downloaded my wife's and my season tickets for Chelsea to start this season. Then problems started.

My phone did not download my Palace ticket so told by TO to delete and reload from original
Email. This worked and Utd then successfully downloaded. My wife's successfully downloaded Palace with no problem but Utd failed to download so had to delete and download from original email for Utd to appear.

Apparently you can only reload from original email once so as Hull hasn't downloaded for both of us it looks like a trip to ticket office for both of us for Hull.

Had this mate on last game. Just scan it at the gate. It still works. It then ticks over to the next game.

At what stage can one transfer a digital ticket to someone else in their friends and family network please?

The ticket office told me to try that but even the guy at the gate to sort out problems said it didn't work and expected loads more to not work, his exact words were "I have got 2 hours of this, sending people to the ticket office" "They keep saying there's no problems but there clearly is"
