If I remember correctly, we signed him on a two year contract. So can one presume that it will be renewed in the summer or will he be let go at the end of next season?

Sad to say but contracts man feck all in football. He has a two year contract, I don't see any need to extend until maybe Oct/Nov of next season if he is still here and we r doing well.

Yes and no - obviously he can bugger off anytime he likes, but if he renews his contract then wants to move his new club will be obliged to give us a pay off.
