I had never heard of the book so thought I would see if I could get it cheaper from the publisher 'Alphascript Publishing'. Googled them and it turns out they just copy stuff from Wikipedia and print and then charge a fortune -

...as you say a rip off, I'm surprised that Amazon endorses the products by putting them on sale, the USA version should be told.
