Take your stinking paws off me, you damn dirty ape!

The Equalizer

"The report read "Routine retirement of a replicant." That didn't make me feel any better about shooting a woman in the back."
Deckard

"I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die."
Batty

"He tasks me! He tasks me, and I shall have him! I'll chase him round the Moons of Nibia, and round the Antares Maelstrom, and round perdition's flames before I give him up!"
KHAAAAAAAAANN!

"He pulls a knife, you pull a gun. He puts one of your men in hospital, you put one of his in the morgue. That's the Chicago way, and that's how you'll get Capone"
Sean C

And Alf's Chequebook - that is a brilliant scene. One of the all time best.
"We won't look back on this season with regret, but with pride. Because we won what many teams fail to win in a lifetime – an unprecedented degree of respect and support that saw British football fans unite and cheer on Fulham with heart." Mohammed Al Fayed, May 2010

Agreed. One of my all time favourites. Orson Welle's entrance in that film is incredible.

The setting of post-war Vienna is just so fantastic for that film but I dont think you could ever really recreate that.

3 of my favourite films and "Sean C" name in the film is Malone. (The only irish cop in Chicago with a Scottish accent)

"We sail into History!"

The Equalizer

MJG - Thanks, but I was well aware of that. I've forgotten more about films than most people will ever know! I'm tempted to go on Mastermind at some point and specialise on the subject of James Bond films.

I'm sure you were, I was just informing the general public. :003:

Have the same feelings on films and the other half complains constantly when another DVD pops up on an already over flowing set of shelves. :027:

And the trouble is they have only gone and remade the film for release later this year. Why can't they just leave some films alone.

This one goes up to eleven!

Sorry about that, I just re-read my reply and it sounds really petulant!

And it's being released in 3D next year. One a year too so we don't get to the good stuff until 2015!

Having said that, I watched the new trilogy not that long ago and was quite surprised at how much I enjoyed them. I must've been drunk or something.

One of my favourite quotes comes from a TV show and relates to Star Wars:

"Jar Jar Binks makes the Ewoks look like f**king Shaft!"
