League 1-3 : Champions League group stage (CL proper)
League 4 : Champions League qualifiers
League 5 : Europa qualifiers
League 6-7 : ????

FA Cup finalist/winner : ???
Birmingham : Europa qualifiers

Given that the FA Cup final will be Bolton/Stoke vs Man U/Man City, who gets European football now?

7th place will get nowt as Birmingham one of the non top 7 won the cup.
Whoever wins the FA cup gets a europa spot. If it were Man City, Bolton or Stoke they get the spot and 6th get nowt.

If Man United win it 6th do get a Europa berth
If Man City finish in the top 5 and win 6th do get a Europa berth
If Stoke or Bolton win the cup 6th will not get a Europa berth

6th and 7th only usually get Europa spots as a team in the top 5 traditionally will win the cup and then the extra spots transfer back to the league

Wikipedia (about the FA Cup and Europe)

If the winners have qualified for the Champions League or Europa League, then the runners-up qualify for the Europa League. If the runners-up have already qualified for the Champions League or the Europa League, the highest placed team in the Premier League standings who have yet to qualify for the Champions League or Europa League would qualify for the Europa League.

So 6th doesn't get European football anymore, it seems.

(unless Stoke/Bolton get 5th, or Man City beat United, drop to 5th and lose the final)

League 6-7 : (Probably) nothing

FA Cup finalist : assuming Man U and Man City stay in the top 5, then Bolton/Stoke will get Europa, unless Bolton/Stoke gets into the top 5 which seems unlikely.

League Cup winners (Birmingham) : Europa qualifiers

Is there still qualification via the Fair Play League?

Yes. Fair Play League has nothing to do with original Europa-places.

The top three countries in the UEFA Fair Play league get a spot each.

The top team in  the Fair Play leagues of these three countries get one spot each, unless they've already qualified for Europe.

How Fulham are doing: (2nd, but behind Chelsea who already have a European spot)

Mr Fulham

Tony Pubis in Europe. An absolute nightmare.

Matt

With a little luck, Chelscum can miss out on Europe if I get it right.
Oh you lucky people, we're the best team in the land!
