Spurs Have Pre-Season Planned But Fulham Wait

Interesting to see that Spurs travel to South Africa to play Kaiser Chiefs on July 16, Orlando Pirates on the 19th and another game on the 23rd. Redknapp will not be there though as he has been charged with two tax offences and will be appearing at Southwark Crown Court.

Should we read anything into the fact that Mark Hughes has said we are not making plans concrete until we find out about Europa qualification but Spurs are plowing straight ahead?

That sounds a bit dodgy though doesn't it? Fulham is most likely holding back to see if they get into the Europa League. That will surely affect any tour planning.

Spurs can still finish 5th (or beat us at the Fair Play spot yet) and here they are off to South Africa. I guess the brown envelopes came early this year... :035:
