Peabody - help please

In a copy of Fultime, which my good friend Gold Coast White kindly sent me there is a piece on Fulham players who were transferred to Chelsea and vice versa.
In those who made the trip from the Cottage to Stamford Bridge they have not listed dear old Wally Hinshelwood who never cut it at Chelsea and came back to us.
I hope I am right in saying this – perhaps Mr Peabody, or someone of that vintage could confirm

Hope Mr P can fill in the gaps CH......Outside right Wally signed in 1946 and left in 1952 after appearing in just 19 games and scoring one goal. No mention of a break in service in Dennis Turners excellent book "FULHAM the complete record".

They didn't mention Hinshelwood but did say that these were the major transfers between the clubs. I've no idea if Hinshelwood should qualify.
