Whomever it is, it again just goes to show that the "fit and proper" test doesn't work because anyone buying a piece of QPR is by definition neither fit nor proper

If it is Fernandes, it's all a little bit nepotistic (not sure if that's even a word to be honest) isn't it?  Ecclestone and Briatore keeing it within their little circle of F1 buddies
