1422 FOOTBALL - Ipswich Town boss Paul Jewell has made an approach for Jimmy Bullard, but admitted that the midfielder is attracting Premier League interest.

Can't see Bullard ending up at a Premier League club, though I suppose QPR could be foolish enough.

He played at Ipswich last season and they would have signed him but for his wage demands (hmm, that rings a bell). I reckon now he's not got the comfort of the Hull contract to fall back on he may be more accommodating to the Ipswich offer. Can't see many teams wanting to take the risk on someone with his injury record.

Both Hullard and Mark Hughes looking for 'a bigger club'. PMSL

The idea of Bullard and Taraabt playing in the same team makes me laugh because they both always want the ball. Maybe it would end in a Dyer-Bowyer style on-field fight?
