I am stoked about Ruiz coming to Fulham.  I hope he doesn't back out or some top 4 side get some sense and put in a bid for him! fp.gif  If we get him, my day is set.

Guys.... THE DEAL IS DONE... I am 95% sure...

Ives Garlacep in the US has stated it is done, he does not jump the gun very often and Ruiz is a player he has watched closely for the last 3 years, he has Ruiz contacts... the bid was already accepted yesterday and it was merely personal terms and medical...

We just need pen to paper on the personal terms.

I would say Dembele was close but Ruiz has been consistent over 2 seasons whereas Dembele had one stellar year and an ok year.

i really think this is what we need.  A winger with pace that is good in the air.  He can hit from deep and is unpredictable.  He has a winners pedigree at Twente and Jol will know how to coach him since seeing him up close.   I would be gutted as well if we didn't pull this off.  Still thinking Zamora or Dempsey will go if he comes in.  What about Gignac?
