Academy graduate, sent on loan to Finland until end of October. Don't know anything about him other than that.
"Do not affix anything to this wall" - sign that was affixed to wall above turnstiles at Hammy end before someone with a clipboard replaced it with a large Fire Exit sign.

Yeah noticed a post on some news site here that VPS were testing him. I thought it was going to be a permanent one, but better this way.
