Sorry if this has been up before.

Does anyone know why AJ wasn't included in the matchday squad at all?

I saw Sarah Brookes tweet that Jol would say after the match, I have been looking but not found anything. Lots of rumours that due to this 'gesture' made at Twente that he will be forced out, which is obscene.

I missed it too, but rumours are rife that he shook his head at the bench obviously in the direction of Jol. Came out in the second half looking P'd off and was subsequently hauled off after 65 mins.
