I've been a bit remiss with this fellas, having caught up with non-essentials like sleep etc. I am no sausage expert, but did have one in the ground. From a distance, it looked like a typical hot dog but up close, it was a thing of beauty! Good, meaty sausage cooked on the griddle (none of this boiling rubbish) and served with a freshly baked bread stick, and 3 different relishes. It tasted gourgeous and AJ scored his first just after I finished the last mouthful.

I think it was worthy of a place on the 'best sausage you've ever had' thread.
