Could some one sum up the proposed expansion

While the open days were held for the proposed planning meeting I wasnt about to catch up on any feedback or on what they had decided to do, i was just wondering if there was some one who could summarise the plans and give me a little insight into what will be getting done???

basically nothing has been decided but it looks like the Riverside will be expanded/rebuilt to look something like the new Wembley

Great initiative, i feel this should be rolled out across anything that requires seating in England bot transport  and leisure.
