I couldn't hear him at all. I can't believe that there's nobody at the club who at least monitors the feed on these away matches. Last season he talked through the entire first half of a match where only he could hear himself. It wasn't until they powered up for the second half that they realized that they hadn't powered up for the first. This doesn't occur on home matches, because his commentary is available to the sight impaired in attendance, plus in the various clubs. Certainly the club could take the trouble to ensure that he's also available on away matches.

GJ is available on satellite radio over here, and is the voice of Fulham Football Club in the USA -- not to mention to expats and supporters all over the English-speaking world.. I would think that this would make his broadcasts valuable to the club. I know we're only a small club, but there are times that I think we're less organized and more poorly managed than your basic cub scout troop.
