West Ham stays up on better goal difference than Hull.

Now, lets assume Sir Trevor Brooking will not invent a new rule that will only allow 2 teams to be relegated this season (although we all know he will if he has to), who would you rather see down?

Hull or West Ham?

Personally, as much as I dislike Hull I have to pick West Ham the Cheats

"How's that?"
"Don't you start"

...Cheat Ham Utd, we need retribution over Hull and closure with six points over them for every season they remain in the premiership - in fact whatever league we ever find our clubs sharing - in perpetuity...

West Ham are owed a relegation. Would love to see them go down, especially with those two berks in charge. Feel sorry for Zola though.

As for Hull, why should we hate them? We sold them a crock for a pile of money. Not grounds for a grudge IMO.

Defo WHU - and anyway, we need Hull to stay up, so we get another chance at doing the double over them!

I would prefer to watch West Ham play football. Hull are so awful and dull that frankly I would pay not to watch them again. Bitter as I am at our not turning up yesterday, I could not in all good conscious conscienceness allow a mass murderer to be sentenced to five minutes of watching Hull. Other than a good laxative I am not sure what watching Hull achieves.
The above IS NOT A LEGAL DOCUMENT. It is an opinion.

We may yet hear the horse talk.

I can stand my own despair but not others hope

I have a Wham supporting friend (no, really, I do) and I've told him that I'd like to see his lot go down. I have no doubt that they will come up again quickly enough, and then the slate is clean from the Tevez affair and they will be in the Premiership because they deserve to be, not because they got away with breaking the rules.

On a similar subject, Arsenal need to be relegated and then win promotion (which, I admit, is far less likely to occur) to be in the top flight by right, rather than because they were gifted a place in 1919, despite finishing in sixth place in Division Two in the last pre-war season. At Barnsley's expense (they finished third or fourth), I believe.
Any fool can criticise, condemn and complain, and most fools do.

BURNLEY TO GO ON UNBEATEN RUN .... HULL AND WEST HAM TO GO DOWN.... SIMPLES  :59:

finnster01

We always get stuffed at Burnley, but in any event after losing at home today to Blackburn that may very well have been the last nail in that coffin.

That leaves Hull and West Ham to fight for survival

Thats a long grudge to carry against The Arse Mr Rupert
Watching the ups and downs since 1958, wouldn't have it any other way, what a roller coaster of a club.

Length isn't important, that's what I always say.

It's a good one to use whenever the Goners start getting above themselves, as they are wont to do from time to time.

It is certainly starting to look like Hull or West Ham.

From a narrow, Fulham, angle we'd be better off if Hull survived, because next season we are surely likely to get more points from Hull than West Ham. On the other hand, there is no doubt that, properly managed, West Ham will be a genuine football playing side, and it is the crude more physical sides like Stoke, Bolton (though under Coyle they may yet change) and Blackburn I'd like to see out of the Premiership. Hull are not in the same category as those three but in no way do they grace the Premiership so in the interests of being able to see more good football matches, West Ham to survive and Hull to go down.

Am I the only one who despises Hull enough to see them relegated, undergo financial meltdown and plummet to league 2?

No, im with you. Any team with a assclown named Bullard on there team deserves to be relegated!
Fulham for life!

jarv

Fulham, (OK despite the evidence) are more likely to take points off Hull than West Ham next season. So, prefer Hull stay up but do not think they will.

Yep I'm with you guys. If only to see Bullard cry then their relegation is worth it. Nothing bad enough could happen over the summer to wipe the grin off my face that I would have after witnessing Blubbard go down with his 'orrible manager and 'orrible fans
