When not on the 9 to 5 I've been mostly ogling, sorry, people watching, in my local park killing time till August.  Then, last night, the old girl dragged me along to the grand old Fairfield Halls to watch Jools Holland & his band.  What a great night & polished performance.  Ruby Turner would never drown if she went overboard, Rico must be about 90 & the encore of 'Enjoy yourself' was great, what a top man.

I was dragged on a school trip to the Fairfield Halls many years ago to see the Wombles in concert.

I now drop litter wherever possible, just to get my own back.
"Do not affix anything to this wall" - sign that was affixed to wall above turnstiles at Hammy end before someone with a clipboard replaced it with a large Fire Exit sign.

Funny enough, I suffered a flashback to my 16 year old self trying to buy a beer when I walked past the up-stairs bar.  What were they thinking making us go to see 'A Man for all Seasons' when we had all those raging hormones?  Although I've now reached an age when I'd consider that to be a good night out.
