Chelsea, United target: "I'm in no hurry"

Dembele stresses that time is on his side

Fulham's Moussa Dembele, who has strongly been linked with some of Europe's top clubs this summer, insists that he's happy at Craven Cottage. The Belgian international has recently seen his international teammate Eden Hazard move to Stamford Bridge, but for now his own future is undecided.

"I'm very happy at Fulham, so I'm not in a hurry," he told Sky Sports.

"Of course, it's normal – they are big teams. In the end, we will see what's good for me."

At 24 years of age, Dembele still hasn't realized all of his potential, and as an exciting attacking player that can slot in behind a leading striker he could be a good fit for both the defending Champions League winners or Premier League runners-up Manchester United.

Along with Dembele, Fulham fans will surely be concerned with the future of Clint Dempsey. The American star was in sensational form for the Cottagers last season, and has been linked with a move to Liverpool.

Pogrebnyak Danger!

Could the deal to keep our Russian striker, at Craven Cottage falter?

According to one Sunday tabloid it is danger of doing just that with it proposing that Reading are set to step in with a better offer.

Come on Pavel, show a bit of loyalty!

Murphy Talks

With no deal, as of yet, done, to keep Danny Murphy at Craven Cottage, the thirty-five year old could be on his way out.

With rumours that Queens Park Rangers are, still, eager to take Murphy and also give him a coaching role, Fulham supporters will be eager to hear that the cub have not yet given up on Danny an are set to begin talks that would tie him to Fulham for next season.

Remember Healy?

His career at Fulham never really hit the high notes with international goals being his forte.

Well in recent times, he`s played for numerous clubs, the latest being Glasgow Rangers, but having been released by the ailing Scottish giants, the word on the streets is that he`s being pursued by Fleetwood Town and Crawley............anyone know where Lee Cook is these days?

Jarvis a Target!

One tabloid gossip column has Fulham interested in a player I`ve long admired.

It seems that Fulham are in direct competition with Stoke City to procure the Wolves winger, Matt Jarvis.

Although Jarvis still has three years on his current contract to run, it is muted that a bid of £8 million would be sufficient to persuade Wolves to part with a player who has, previously, been a member of the England squad.

Lee Cook has just gone out of contract at the Ha-has and is one of those players not being offered a new contract.  Can't think why!

Interesting dilemna for him really. His strength, (deliberatly singular), is right in front of goal. The service he frequently did'nt get last season left him looking like a pedestrian and although the board was almost red hot with the imminent signings of young wide players who would deliver the ball into the box nothing has happened. Whatever happened to the two dutch lads who were supposedly a done deal?
Pog is not a BZ hold it up type player and neither is he the 'fox in the box' running in late type of No.9 from days gone by, his football brain does'nt operate that quickly. Begs the question where does he actually fit if the Jol evolution is about pass and move at speed. Neither looked obvious strong points.
I still remember the Jol "one swallow does'nt make a summer" quote when we were hailing the new mesiah. I would not be at all surprised if he went elsewhere but I would be more than miffed if a striker was'nt lined up of indeed photographed in a white shirt in front of that hedge a day or two after.
