I would pick Jagielka ahead of them both, and definately Baines ahead of Konchesky or Storey.

As an American, I'd recommend England choose Paul Robinson or David James in goal with a CB pairing of Zat Knight and Titus Bramble. Emile Heskey and AJ up front would work for me, and I think Michael Brown is past due for his World Cup debut in controlling the center of midfield.

Fill up the rest with members of Grimsby's first team squad and then "Hey Ho!"
