I'm glad I'm not the only one loving the Olympics- so rare that we can genuinely celebrate being a Brit.

I have no interest in the Olympics but was gutted when we were disqualified in the womens pursuit for passing on a hump back bridge or something. Then the Chinese were disqualified from  winning the Gold Medal for doing the same thing.

My point is that the winners of the Gold Medal were not the quickest and if GB was in the final not even second fastest. But at best third quickest. Yet they won the Gold. Yes rules are rules but really.

Anyway I have no interest in the Olympics although the Volleyball, I mean proper volleyball not the beach silly stuff is always entertaining. And yes I watched the Gold and silver  medal in the canoeing and the Gold in the  shooting and whooped a bit and shed a tear when we won Silver in the judo thingy and the girl looked up to heaven and thanked her Mum. Anyway I have no interest in the Olympics.  :dft012:
