Hope their fans get it together for the new season and don't do this sort of thing. Mind You not sure what Nijmegen fans are like, they could have incited it like when we played FC Twente

Fulham and Nijmegen fans have a close friendship, they've come over in good numbers most seasons for a good 10 -12years now, I have in the past met them when they've arrived at their hotel and they are a good bunch, most clubs have a minority of hooligans and surprised the treat was bad enough to called the game off considering its a preseason friendly

Went over to Nijmegen with a large group of Fulham fans to watch them play Ajax...must say they were excellent hosts.

We were drinking with them before and after the game in their clubhouse...no hassle at all.
