Read the story... and tell me who is telling the truth? Isn't it funny that we so willingly accept what managers say as concrete truth only for other managers to say it is all bull spit?

Depends on how you read it McCoist says Ipswich made Rangers an offer Jewell says that they havent made the player an offer. Therefore Ipswich may have made an offer to Rangers which they have turn down so no offer has been made to the player so both could be correct
