You're brave making an away match your first game. We're a different team away from home (and not in a good way)!

There's a large 'events hall' at the ground specifically for away fans, which is where alot of people will end up, especially if there's a match to watch on TV. Failing that, head into the town centre and listen out for Londoners singing  :scarf:.

Why Wigan away for your first game?

I stay 600 miles away and its difficult to get to games.

Surely we will beat this rubbish

I went to Wigan away on my trip over to england from Australia. Don't be expecting much of an atmosphere from the home fans, or anything inspiring from Wigan itself. The walk to the ground is dank and boring.

BUT, the away support we were with were brilliant and we out sung Wigan and their crappy support. It was a good time! But get to the Cottage ASAP.
