Will Premier League clubs have to beak even?

Couldn't really make to much of what I saw but the Wigan chairman on Sky was saying that there won't be a wage cap but Premier League Clubs will be expected to break even. Is this something that the F.A are enforcing because of these millionaire take overs or is it just his own thoughts an opinions?

If this is the case we will be fine, can't say the same for that mob down the road.

This is why I think we've started to act a bit sensible over the last few years with spending, wages etc. Didn't we make a 4 million quid profit last season?

Yeah we did.  Also as part of the fair play rules, I know it doesn't apply for this ruling, no club should spend more than 70% revenue on wages, QPR was at 185% of revenue as of last season!! and that was before this summers madness.
