Do not mock too loudly as the same downturn could await us a some time in the future.  One man's now is frequently another man's future.

Well we're not losing £5 million a month and the stadium devolpment will increase the clubs income it might even double it.

What nonsense, it's a completely different scenario to us. And this is VERY worrying for QPR considering the majority of the backing is from this man and he already said during pre season he wasn't keen!

At MAF may die tomorrow and his sons may not want it and call in the debts and we go bust.

We will get relegated, eventually. Not this season, I think.
It doesn't mean we can't enjoy other's discomfort now, because I guarantee you they will laugh at us when its our turn, regardless.

I think someone is trying a little too hard to live up to their avatar...

"But a Premier League chairman told ESPN on Tuesday: "Mittal wants out is the rumour in the game. It has also been suggested that he tried to get out in late August, but Fernandes begged him to stay in until he found another investor. "

A club as well ran and established as Fulham in the West end is a lovely investment. I'm surprised people think without our current chairmen there is no life.

I think you're being a little down-beat here Rupert. Fulham are heading in the right direction, not the wrong direction. We made a 4 million quid profit last season, first time since MAF took over and starting this season, we are now paying back 10 million per year to pay off the debts owed to MAF. If you look at what is going on behind the scenes at Fulham, we are a club building for a bright future in the Premiership, for many years to come. Our youth policy is now up there along with the best, same with our facilities.

Clubs like QPR can try doing it by throwing money at the cause but they don't have what Fulham currently have. 13 years experience in top flight and a team of superb business people that are making Fulham into a self sufficient club.

OK, we might not be up there flirting with the elite top 8 every season, but we'll be a stable mid table side year in, year out. Like above, we are a very attractive club in West London and if/when MAF does leave us, there will be someone else who will want to take us on. Until then, we'll just keep growing and growing and growing..

It will take one major fcuk up to see us relegated any time soon put it that way.

Admin, I would like to draw the honourable gentleman's attention to the word "eventually".

Absolutely everything else in your post is correct and I fully agree with your prognosis.

tbh I hope Bellend does turn it around because, Harry Redknapp could be QPR's IT Factor

Redknapp is not the messiah. It wouldn't take much effort on his part to help relegate QPR, just as he did Pompey and Southampton.

I stopped reading after the second paragraph.

Jambo

£5m a month loss!! Can anyone be surprised though??  They pay stupid money and wages and must have a revenue of about half ours.  What "business" can continue with a £60m loss per year????  Called it a while ago that they have Portsmouth written all over them.
We all see the game differently, FoF has taught me that.
