I ran the London Marathon in 1991 with 3 other guys from work. We trained like fxxx for 6 months, and pretty good times too, I ran 3hrs 42. We were only 19-20yrs old. We overtook Jimmy 3 times in that one race??? Always said he was a cheat after that, and was a joke between us for years after.
Never knew how he did though. Slippery old duffer nonce !!
