I know he signed a new deal in the summer for 2 years with option of 3rd but as we seen with Dembele a longer contract means more money for us, I think he is a huge talent we need to keep him!
Come on you Whites!! :)

Getting a youngster to sign for two years with an option for a third is a tremendous feat. Young players want shorter contracts as renewal time is when they negotiate pay rises or move to greener pastures.
Older players want the security of a longer contract.
Kaka's need to be tied down is surely something best kept between himself and his partner, children read this forum, you know.
Any fool can criticise, condemn and complain, and most fools do.

unless he starts to get some game time, as a substitute at least, unfortunately I don't think he'll want to sign a longer deal

... and now provides an assist for Sweden to shorten the deficit in Germany to 4-3 - it had been 4-1 before Kaca came on!

Kaca's Sweden come back from 4-1 to Germany to 4-4  -->  Played the men from up north!!!    1499

Not sure these impressive perfomances for Sweden are that good for us, all it will do is alert more clubs around Europe to his ability and may mean we lose him even sooner, potentially in 18 months when he has a year left before we see him at his best on a cut price deal

to be honest what did we all expect? We lost smalling after some good performances.

He wont be spending his whole career here and who can blame the kid for taking his career forward?

Future of the club is these youngsters . Either making up the core of the 1st team or being traded at good profits alla Smalling . The more successful we are with this the more attractive we will be for more youngsters and the longer we will be in the Premier League .

To add to that, the additional fund will allow us to improve the quality of our veteran core group. More Ruiz's and Berbatov's. Fewer Kamara's and Seol Ki-Hyeon's.

The likeliest scenario is that towards the latter half of next season, assuming he doesn't turn out to be a flash in the pan, we will tell him we are extending his contract by the optional year and invite him to negotiate a longer contract at a higher wage, say for three years with an option of a fourth. If he says yes, then all is fine. If he indicates he doesn't want to sign another deal with us, we get interested parties to bid that summer. This keeps his price up for us. The only way we would get full value would be if anyone came in for him next summer, or after he renews his contract with us, as we did with Smalling.
