expectations, how times have changed.

Sunday's loss was just plain bad luck. With 10 (even 9) Fulham were better than Sunderland.  There is no way the game would have been lost but for the referee. I was looking at the table and before the game thought, 3 points and we jump above Arsenal and West Ham to 7th. It is looking so normal these days to see Fulham in the top half and anything less this season will be a disappointment. Add the fact that the football being played is very pleasing and the goals!!! great for the neutrals but I wish they would stop conceding 3.
I hope I didn't put a curse on Fulham. I bet (a curry on my next trip home) with a mate of mine we would finish top half. I don't usually bet, it often goes the other way when I do but this was just a bit of friendly banter.
Just a thought about how different it is these days to see Fulham in such a solid state.  You guys with season tickets are pretty lucky these days.
