He was really good at chelsea. This game passed him by.

Black, White and Fred

Shouldn't of started still not up to speed, but great coming off the bench

Spurs doubled up on him

He was too deep to do any damage

The couple of times he did break free he made the wrong choices

Never goes on the outside

Definitely looks like an impact player rather than a starter

Kaca is much more developed & is hopefully back on Monday week

MJG

Did a lot of work helping Riise to double up so was rarely in a attacking position.

Only got the ball maybe a couple in areas he likes. One of those he messed up big time second half. Watch again and your see all our players run away from him and gave no option.

He's young and learning and was his first start this season.

That happened all too often for too many players, was really frustrating.

Although he has bulked up a bit recently he was just getting muscled off of the ball every time where he was trying to run with the ball. Shame, as he does have some great skills, but no impact at all today.

Whenever the opposition double up on him he struggles. Blackburn did a job on him last season also.

I have a feeling he is not going to make it at this level.

Bloody hell the lad's what 19, one of the best young players we have had in years and loads of you want to throw him on the scrap heap.

ffc73

No I don't want to throw him on the scrap heap as I too think that he is an exceptional talent.  I would have started him today and I am not trying to be clever after the event.

Frei was off the pace (very few games this season), got very little support and looked his inexperienced 19 years today. He will have better days and so, I hope, will we

Fair play to Jol for attacking and starting Frei & Dejagah, Frei is a great talent but for me our best wingers right now are Kacaniklic & Duff

He needs time, playing in our under-21s, learning off the experienced internationals in our squad, and getting 1st team playing time on the pitch. Please don't let us revert to Richardson as cover for Kaca!
