yes, not only that, but his "market value" has gone up to nearly £28 million.  He still has 2 and 1/2 years on his contract with city. 

If he was in the last year of his contract....then it might be viable, if he really wanted to come to FFC (taking a pay cut).

Otherwise, ManC would have no reason to sell him for 1/4 his market value, to lower the wage bill?  :005:

Anyone know the length of his contract with City?  I, for one, would dearly love to see him play for Fulham.  He is a phenomenal talent.  Does he have a screw loose?  An anger management problem perhaps?  Maybe.  So what?  He's emotional.  He started for Italy and look how he played against Germany.   If he was on field with Berb, we'd score a bucket of goals.  Jose saw the qualities, even though he drove him crazy.  My instincts suggest he needs out of City.  We'd be vastly improved with Mario wearing a Fulham shirt.
