it is to do with legal wrangle with dnipro who claim boeteng has walked out on them without their permission
looks like another potential deal bites the dust

From previous reports it sounds as though it is Dnipro throwing spanners in the works, not the player, trying to up the transfer fee and now this.

Dnipro are playing hard ball. They want around 9 milliom quid to release him from his contract which to be honest, is absolutaley rediculous so I can't see this happening. At 29, he's worth 3 million at the most.

It's not the players fault, he's had a medical, agreed terms and was hoping to hook up with us after the AFC.
