Remember 'Arry did say that he would be advising the chairman not to spend, and that there already far too many players there on far too much money.

Mackie seems to be the only player they have linked away, and he must be on pittance compared to Bosingwa et al

I'm sure sky sports news is a freesat channel? Or at least comes with the lowest sky package if you havethat? Can't be sure as I use a sky go account but there are always streams out there showing ssn. My paid for stream site does, not sure about free ones.

I just spit my Shiraz all over my computer screen. (Its 9pm here I'm not an alco...yet).  Did Spurs really say they wanted 10 mill for Huddlestone?  For 5 mill they can keep him.

We've all been concerned with our form and I've personally been worried about us going down, simply as we didnt seem to have the fight to deal with a battle. Last night eases those worries. My point is, it couldn't come at a better time. Any players being courted by us will look at the table and see a premiership mid table team. I don't know if we are competing with qpr etc for transfers but our position against theirs makes us far more appealing (cash in envelopes aside)
