I getting on a little bit now,It hurts being a Fulham fan all these
years and never getting near to winning anything.1975 seems so long
ago now.
And the sad thing is a lot of smaller clubs have done in that time.
Maybe we are not Gods chosen people and destined never to lift
any sort of Major Trophy...
But I will be back for more punishment against the Hammers in Midweek
COYW.

Maybe, if an oil sheikh or some Russian billionaire buys the club.

The law of averages says you must at some time

Sweet lass, the law of averages is based on chance. When you have a system whereby 4 or 5 teams can afford to but the best dozen players at every position while the rest must make do with what is left, it is hardly left to chance. That and the fact that that that egotistical, red nosed, Daddy Warbucks is the head official makes it impossible.
Its not that I could and others couldn't.
Its that I did and others didn't.

If you class being runners up as winning (which I'm guessing you do from your reference to 1975), it wasn't actually all that long ago when we reached a major European final (2010 Europa league).

And don't forget, we also won the Intertoto Cup not all that long ago!

being a fulham supporter is being a winner in itself, unfortunately mr jol has taken a good team and ruined it and in parallel has taken all the fun out of it too!
