My guess is that they're bemused by the lack of organisation.

These are good players - they've proved it over many years. It's the coaching, tactics and leadership that's lacking.

I think Brede has become stale here and frustrated he isnt at a bigger club.
Id like to see him go and Hughes,but goodness Knows who would we get
to replace them...Its frustrating..
