I believe so. Apparently Levy wanted something close to 10 million which is outrageous, and I'm glad we didn't get him for even 5 - we've strengthened our midfield for the time being and will have more time in the summer.

Nothing is set in stone until the 23:00hrs deadline and if it was signed by then the confirmation will follow after that time or even tomorrow
