some proseco is excellent and can cost quite a bit. I suggest a wide ranging tasting!!!

As long as you don't get a bottle of £8 in Sainsburys crap you should be okay with it. I don't mind Prosecco at all. Prefer a decent Cava if Champers isn't on the menu.

If Champers is on the menu, I do love a Dom Perignon '96.
